About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Financial Specialist to join Maadiran Green Energies. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations related to customers, including the review, processing, and approval of user payments. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards while collaborating closely with internal teams, including Finance, to guarantee transparent and efficient financial processes.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Senior Financial Specialist to join Maadiran Green Energies. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations related to customers, including the review, processing, and approval of user payments. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards while collaborating closely with internal teams, including Finance, to guarantee transparent and efficient financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Examine and approve user-submitted payments.
- Accurately process and post payments in a timely manner.
- Gather, review, and authorize payment requests from other departments prior to forwarding them to Finance.
- Ensure all payment activities comply with financial policies and procedures.
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain precise and efficient financial workflows.
- Support financial reporting and account reconciliation related to operational payments when necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with the Finance team to guarantee proper implementation of financial procedures within Operations.
- Verify and submit user payments promptly to the Treasury team.
- Execute payment validation and processing according to established best practices.
- Uphold the integrity of financial operations and demonstrate professionalism in all financial interactions.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial principles.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with the Law on Sales Terminals, Taxpayer System, and insurance regulations.
- Experience using Rahkaran system
- Knowledge of modern payment methods and fintech solutions.
- Ability to perform efficiently under deadlines and high-pressure situations.
- Professional conduct and strong work ethics.
- Dedication to continuous professional growth and development.
