We are seeking a passionate AI Engineer with expertise in AI Agents, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team at GreenWare. You will play a central role in developing, fine‑tuning, and deploying AI models for enterprise applications, ensuring high accuracy, scalability for many concurrent users, and secure on‑premise operation with minimal hardware resources.

Architect and integrate open‑source LLMs into enterprise applications with minimal hardware resources.

Design, train, and fine‑tune NLP/LLM models for enterprise Innovation and ERP systems.

Develop high‑quality models for NER, summarization, classification, semantic search, and document understanding.

Implement retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for context‑aware responses tailored to organizational data.

Build and maintain AI Agents and MCP servers to enable autonomous task execution and decision support.

Optimize models for CPU inference or low GPU VRAM, ensuring responsiveness for large numbers of concurrent users.

Integrate models into production systems in collaboration with backend engineers.

Evaluate models using robust metrics, continuously improving accuracy and efficiency.

Research and experiment with state‑of‑the‑art methods in transformers, embeddings, quantization, and LLM fine‑tuning.

Ensure model fairness, reliability, security, and compliance with organizational policies.

Continuously monitor and customize models with organization‑specific data and evolving requirements.

Strong programming skills in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, ONNX).

Familiarity with Persian (Farsi) NLP models such as ParsBERT, PersianMind, HooshvareLab BERT, mBERT, XLM‑R.

Solid experience in NLP tasks (NER, text classification, summarization, semantic search).

Hands‑on expertise with LLM fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, and model compression/quantization.

Experience with multi‑lingual NLP and low‑resource language adaptation.

Experience with speech technologies (e.g., Kaldi, DeepSpeech, Whisper for STT; Coqui TTS, ESPnet, or Festival for TTS).

Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate) for efficient retrieval.

Understanding of retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) architectures and agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, Haystack, and custom agentic AI pipelines for retrieval, reasoning, and decision support).

Knowledge of MLOps practices for deploying and monitoring ML models in production.

Experience designing scalable multi‑user systems with efficient concurrency handling.

At least 1 years of experience in NLP, ML, or AI engineering roles.

Knowledge of Spark NLP for large‑scale text processing.

Research background with publications or contributions to open‑source NLP projects.
