To expand our team; We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team!
The role serves as the point of contact between the team and the organization to ensure that the required skills are served, which enables efficient product development.

The role serves as the point of contact between the team and the organization to ensure that the required skills are served, which enables efficient product development.
Your Mission:
- Managing the Scrum process in Agile methodology.
- Organizing and facilitating the sprint planning meeting.
- Arranging retrospective, review, and daily stand-up meetings.
- Assisting product managers in making the product backlogs in good shape and ready for the next sprint.
- Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Solving conflicts and removing obstacles.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards after each sprint.
- Control acceptance criteria, the definition of ready & done.
- Challenging the team to achieve the highest quality, value creation, and team engagement.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a scrum master role in an agile fast-paced environment
- Good Knowledge of agile methodology. Scrum & Kanban frameworks (understands and practices Agility).
- Expert in business understanding and business analysis.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiar with software development processes and procedures to understand the team's needs.
- Good Knowledge of Agile techniques such as the definition of done, user stories, velocity, backlog tracking, and refinement
- Adheres to the framework, tools, and best practices.
