/ Conceptualize and Create Visuals: Design engaging and on-brand materials including social media graphics/reels, blog visuals, marketing and sales brochures, email banners, and brand collateral.
/ Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that exceed expectations.
/ Maintain Visual Consistency: Ensure all designs are visually appealing, cohesive, and aligned with QOO’s bold brand identity.
/ Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to our marketing campaigns.
/ Manage Projects: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
/ Feedback Integration: Edit and refine designs based on feedback to ensure final approval and high-quality output.
Skills / Experience
/ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
/ Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
/ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and basic knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
/ Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography.
/ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
/ Ability to think creatively and solve design challenges.
/ Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
/ Self-motivated and able to work independently.
/ Willingness to learn new software and continuously improve skills.
