Exon Group seeks a dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead and support our HR activities in our Tehran office. This role involves managing various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with our business objectives and promote a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process to attract the best talent.
- Administer payroll and ensure compliance with payroll processes and labor laws.
- Conduct job analyses and establish grading systems to ensure fair compensation.
- Create effective training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of staff.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Promote a positive and inclusive company culture to increase employee satisfaction.
- Manage employee relations and address grievances promptly.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Proven experience in human resources management within the consumer goods sector.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor law, and best HR practices.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong numerical reasoning abilities and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
