The Senior Finance Specialist plays a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely financial operations across the organization. This role oversees core accounting processes, tax matters, and financial reporting with a high level of precision. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills and technical expertise to support sound financial decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Proficient in recording, classifying, and controlling financial documents in accordance with accounting standards.
Skilled in bank reconciliation and ensuring alignment between bank accounts and financial ledgers.
Experienced in treasury accounting, payroll, and compensation processes.
Assisting in the preparation and compilation of monthly and annual financial reports.
Reviewing and reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies.
Following up on financial and accounting matters related to taxation and insurance.
Issuing invoices and managing receivables and payables.
Preparing financial statements and overseeing the submission of VAT returns and seasonal transaction reports.
Strong familiarity with the Taxpayers System (سامانه مودیان), value-added tax regulations, and seasonal transaction filings.

Requirements:

Full proficiency in accounting standards, financial statements, and financial report analysis.
Comprehensive knowledge of taxation processes, insurance regulations, and relevant laws.
Minimum of a Master’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to deliver clear and accurate reports.
Strong sense of responsibility, work discipline, and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and financial modeling.
Accuracy, precision, and strong attention to detail.
