About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who brings both the rigor of analytical thinking and the curiosity of data science, combined with practical familiarity in data engineering. This role will bridge business needs, advanced analytics, and technical implementation to empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex analytical projects, translating business questions into structured analyses.

Design and implement advanced statistical and predictive models to generate actionable insights.

Collaborate with data engineers to design scalable, reliable, and well-structured data pipelines.


Develop dashboards, reports, and self-service tools to enable stakeholders with data accessibility.

Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with security standards.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in data analytics, with exposure to data science methods.

Strong command of SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn), and data visualization tools.

Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.

Familiarity with machine learning workflows and model evaluation.

Exposure to data engineering practices: ETL design, data modeling, and working with data warehouses.

Excellent communication skills to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in leading cross-functional analytics projects.

Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative coding practices.

Background in business or domain-specific analytics (finance, operations, marketing, etc.).
