We are seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing Generalist to join Boghrat’s marketing team. You will play a key role in executing and supporting a wide range of marketing activities, including social media management, content creation, digital advertising, and campaign coordination. You will help amplify our brand voice, drive engagement, and support lead generation and retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Telegram.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend new ideas to improve engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the creative team (or external designers) for visual content.
Copywriting and Content Creation:
- Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for blog posts, social media, newsletters, ads, and landing pages.
- Develop scripts for short promotional videos or product explainer videos.
- Create and manage content calendars.
- Proofread and edit marketing materials for consistency and quality.
Digital Marketing and Ads Management:
- Support execution of paid ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn Ads).
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing digital campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with external agencies (if needed) for campaign execution.
Campaign Support:
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns (product launches, events, special promotions).
- Coordinate email marketing and newsletter campaigns.
- Assist in organizing webinars, online events, or in-person marketing events.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and report performance metrics across social media, ad campaigns, and email marketing.
- Analyze KPIs and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform strategies.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the design, product, and sales teams to align messaging and branding.
- Ensure consistency of brand tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
- Help manage the marketing assets library (photos, videos, templates).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and copywriting.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or basic knowledge of Photoshop (a plus).
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus, but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
