About the Job:
• Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Design and update website layouts for a seamless, user-friendly experience.
• Develop visually striking designs for both print and digital formats, including brochures, presentations, infographics, and reports.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure your designs are functional and aesthetically aligned with project goals.
• Optimize websites for both desktop and mobile, focusing on performance and user experience.
• Create marketing assets, including advertisements, banners, and promotional materials.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile applications.
• Use data-driven insights and usability testing to guide design decisions.
• Work closely with product and development teams to ensure user-centered design implementation.
• Design and produce motion graphics for promotional videos, social media, and internal communications.
• Edit video content with animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance engagement.
• Lead concept development for video projects, including storyboarding and ensuring a cohesive narrative.
• Design engaging visuals for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to create cutting-edge visual content and social media campaigns.
• Stay updated on trends in AI-enhanced visual design and tools like Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, MidJourney, and others.
• Use AI to boost productivity and creativity in graphic design, video production, and animation.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to generate design prototypes, optimize assets, and produce content at scale.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative creative concepts.
• Mentor junior designers and freelancers as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and content creators, to align visual designs with business objectives.
• Stay current on design trends, AI tools, UX/UI best practices, and financial services branding.
• Manage multiple projects, balancing deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Lead creative direction for both internal and external visual communications.
Expertise in filmmaking and video production is essential, including guiding the visual direction from concept to completion, managing a team of designers and videographers, and overseeing all stages of production (cinematography, editing, sound design) while ensuring projects meet deadlines and creative vision.

We’re looking for someone with a strong creative vision and expertise in the latest design tools and AI technologies. Key qualifications include:
Essential:
• 10+ years of experience in graphic design, web design, UI/UX, motion graphics, video editing, and social media visual design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Sketch, and other relevant software.
• Expertise in AI-driven design tools such as Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, MidJourney, and Runway for creative enhancement and automation.
• Advanced knowledge of UI/UX principles with a portfolio that showcases intuitive user experience designs for both web and mobile platforms.
• Strong experience in video production and editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and AI-assisted video editing tools.
• Expertise in motion graphics and animation using tools such as After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
• Familiarity with social media design trends and platforms like Canva, Hootsuite, or Buffer for content creation and scheduling.
• Understanding of basic HTML/CSS and front-end development (a plus but not required).
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong grasp of color theory, typography, and layout.
