شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها
برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای فرآیندهای جذب، ارزیابی و توسعه منابع انسانی
تحلیل داده‌های منابع انسانی و تهیه گزارش‌های مدیریتی پیشرفته در Excel
طراحی و پایش شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد (KPI) در حوزه سرمایه انسانی
اجرای پروژه‌های بهبود مستمر با تکیه بر استانداردهای تعالی سازمانی (EFQM)
همکاری در تدوین و اجرای سیاست‌های آموزشی و ارتقاء مهارت کارکنان
مدیریت داده‌ها، قراردادها و پرونده‌های پرسنلی به‌صورت دقیق و ساختاریافته
شرایط و توانمندی‌ها
حداقل 4 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در حوزه منابع انسانی
روابط عمومی و مهارت‌های بین‌فردی عالی
توانایی حل مسأله و مدیریت تعارض با رویکرد برد-برد
یادگیرندگی بالا و علاقه به مطالعه و تحقیق در حوزه منابع انسانی
تسلط کامل بر Microsoft Excel و ابزارهای تحلیل داده
آشنایی عمیق با استانداردهای تعالی سازمانی و مدل EFQM
آشنایی با قوانین کار، بیمه و فرآیندهای جبران خدمات

Description of duties and responsibilities
Planning and implementation of recruitment, evaluation and development processes of human resources
Analysis of human resources data and preparation of advanced management reports in Excel
Design and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI) in the field of human capital
Execution of continuous improvement projects based on organizational excellence standards (EFQM)
Cooperation in formulating and implementing training policies and improving employee skills
Managing data, contracts and personnel files in a detailed and structured manner
Conditions and capabilities
At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the field of human resources
Excellent public relations and interpersonal skills
Ability to solve problems and manage conflicts with a win-win approach
High learning and interest in studying and researching in the field of human resources Human
Complete mastery of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
In-depth familiarity with organizational excellence standards and the EFQM model
Familiarity with labor laws, insurance and service compensation processes
