We’re building the first integrated platform that connects smart sensors, AI analytics, and automation to protect guest comfort and operational efficiency in hotels, Airbnbs, and other living spaces.

You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary international team developing products that bridge hardware, software, and AI — from LegBelt pest-monitoring devices to the BioOps automation engine.

The Role
We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who combines technical mastery with design sensitivity — someone who can translate complex systems into fluid, intuitive, and visually elegant interfaces across web and mobile.

You’ll build the front layer of NYOP’s Environmental Intelligence platform: dashboards, analytics, and control panels that bring real-time sensor and AI insights to life.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and optimize the Next.js webapp and contribute to the React Native mobile app
- Implement responsive and accessible UI components using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Integrate data from our AI-driven APIs and visualization layers (charts, maps, real-time events)
- Collaborate closely with the design and backend teams to deliver polished, high-impact features
- Use motion libraries (Framer Motion, Lottie) to add subtle, purposeful animations
- Maintain component libraries and design system consistency across platforms
- Contribute ideas to improve usability, aesthetics, and performance
 
Who You Are
- 4+ years professional experience in React / Next.js / TypeScript
- Proficient in Tailwind CSS, component design, and responsive layouts
- Familiar with React Native or eager to extend into mobile development
- Comfortable working with APIs, authentication flows, and state management (React Query, Zustand, or similar)
Eye for detail, animation, and design craft
- Experience with data visualization, 3D/WebGL, or AI-powered UX
