Systems Administrator

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Systems Administrator who, in addition to strong technical expertise, can optimize, develop, and maintain Microsoft, Linux, and enterprise tools such as Jira and Confluence.
You will be the backbone of our organization’s infrastructure — ensuring system stability, security, and efficiency across the company.

 Responsibilities:

• Administer, install, configure, optimize, and develop Microsoft operating systems (Windows, Windows Server) and related services.
• Manage Jira and Confluence, including:Designing and implementing workflows
• Customizing fields, scripts, and ticket configurations
• Automating processes to minimize human error and speed up repetitive tasks
• Installing and updating add-ons to enhance capabilities
• Conducting regular data audits to improve performance and accuracy
• Training users at all levels to boost productivity
• Managing user roles and permissions to ensure security

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Linux OS at LPIC2 level
• Experience with virtualization technologies and Docker
• Solid understanding of security concepts at Security+ level
• Knowledge of core networking principles at CCNA level
• Scripting skills in Python or Bash
• Proficiency with monitoring tools and system performance analysis
• Strong skills in documentation and technical reporting
