شایستگی‌های مورد نیاز:

• مسلط به تحلیل رفتار کاربران و اجرای تحقیقات UX.
• مسلط به اصول طراحی رابط کاربری و تجربه کاربری UI/UX.
• مسلط به کار با ابزارهای: Figma (Component ،Variables ،Prototype ،Style ،Auto layout) FigJam,
• مسلط به اصول UX Research.
• مسلط به توسعه وایرفریم‌ها و پروتوتایپ‌ها و نمونه‌سازی‌های بصری.
• تسلط نسبی به انواع Usability تست برای اعتبارسنجی طراحی‌ها.
• تسلط نسبی به تکنیک‌های طراحی گرافیک و بصری‌سازی.
• آشنایی با توسعه و طراحی دیزاین سیستم.
• آشنایی با اصول و مفاهیم پروداکت.
• توانایی ایده‌پردازی و حل مساله و و ارائه راهکارها بنا بر نوع پروژه، هزینه و زمان.
• امکان و توانایی پیش‌برد چند پروژه موازی.
• توانایی درک نیازمندی‌های محصول و خلق فیچرهای کاربردی.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری حرفه‌ای در طراحی UI/UX.

شرح وظایف:

• طراحی و بهبود رابط کاربری پلتفرم‌ها و داشبردهای موجود.
• همکاری با تیم توسعه‌دهندگان و مدیران محصول برای ایجاد تجربه کاربری بهتر و طراحی‌های کاربرپسند.
• ایجاد نمونه‌های اولیه (Wireframes) و طراحی‌های بصری (visual designs) و پروتوتایپ‌های تعاملی برای بررسی و تست.
• پیاده‌سازی و حفظ سازگاری طراحی با اصول طراحی برند و تجربه کاربری.
• تحلیل بازخوردهای کاربران و بهبود طراحی بر اساس نیازها و ترجیحات آن‌ها.
• دیزاین رابط کاربری از اجرای وایرفریم تا اسکرین‌های نهایی قابل تحویل به تیم توسعه.
• به‌روزرسانی پیوسته طراحی‌ها بر اساس بازخورد کاربر، تجریه و تحلیل و الزامات تجاری در حال تغییر.
• ایجاد مستندات طراحی (دیزاین سیستم) راهنمایی‌های استایل و سایر مستندات طراحی برای اطمینان از یکپارچگی و کیفیت در تمام پلتفرم‌های دیجیتال.
• جستجو، تحلیل و مقایسه سرویس های مشابه برای رسیدن به بهترین نتیجه.
