BI Data Engineer

Job Description

·       Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.

·       Develop and maintain data warehousing solutions.

·       Administration of BI databases (Backups, maintenance, hardware, network).

·       Monitor and optimize data systems for performance and efficiency.

·       Collaborate with business analysts to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

·       Collaboration with BI&A team and ability to support the team.

 

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

-        3+ years of experience as a BI Data Engineer or similar role.

-        Extensive knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL.

-        Experience with data warehousing solutions.

-        Strong understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline architecture.

-        Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-        Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

-        Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

-        Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 

Preferred skills and experiences

-        Familiarity with Microsoft Excel

-        Familiarity with ERP Systems

-        Familiarity with BI Tools (Qlikview, PowerBI, …)

-        Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
