About the Role:
We seek a highly analytical and strategic Senior Data Analyst to join our security team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in interpreting data, uncovering insights, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance operational and security performance.
This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leveraging data to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and propose data-driven solutions.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity by maintaining rigorous validation and quality control procedures.
• Support the Operations team with on-demand analyses and strategic projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in operations or a related industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization platforms (e.g., SuperSet, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights.
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
