شرح شغل:

• نظارت و مدیریت تیم مالی و حسابداری.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های مالی دقیق و به‌روز به مدیریت ارشد.
• تدوین و نظارت بر بودجه سالانه شرکت.
• کنترل و مدیریت جریان نقدینگی و هزینه‌های شرکت.
• نظارت بر انطباق با قوانین مالی و مالیاتی.
• ارائه پیشنهادات استراتژیک مالی برای بهبود عملکرد شرکت.
• مدیریت ریسک‌های مالی و ارائه راهکارهای بهینه‌سازی.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل پنج سال تجربه مدیریتی در حوزه مالی و حسابداری.
• تجربه در مدیریت تیم‌های مالی و حسابداری و نظارت بر فرآیندهای مالی.
• تجربه در صنایع مشابه یا مرتبط (مثل تولید، بازرگانی و خدماتی).
• توانایی مدیریت چندین پروژه مالی به‌صورت هم‌زمان.
• مسلط به تجزیه و تحلیل مالی و توانایی تهیه گزارش‌های مالی دقیق.
• آشنایی کامل با نرم‌افزارهای مالی و حسابداری (SAP و Odoo).
• توانایی در برنامه‌ریزی بودجه و مدیریت نقدینگی.
• مهارت در مدیریت ریسک‌های مالی و بهینه‌سازی هزینه‌ها.
• توانایی پیش‌بینی جریان‌های نقدی و تحلیل روندهای مالی.
• مسلط به قوانین و مقررات مالیاتی و بیمه‌ای.
• توانایی مدیریت و هدایت تیم حسابداری به‌صورت مؤثر.
• توانایی کار تحت فشار و مدیریت چندین وظیفه به‌طور هم‌زمان (مولتی‌تسک).

جهت اقامت در عمان محل سکونت توسط کارفرما فراهم می‌شود.
