• توانایی و تجربه مدیریت تیم دیجیتال مارکتینگ، تعریف و پیگیری وظایف و ارائه گزارشات دقیق مدیریتی
• توانایی تدوین استراتژی ، برنامه ریزی و تعریف شاخص های کلیدی عملکرد برای اعضای تیم
• توانایی تعریف و برنامه ریزی کمپین های دیجیتال و کنترل و نظارت آنها
• آشنایی به تحلیل Google Analytics و بهبود ضریب تبدیل
• آشنایی کامل بر بهینه سازی کمپینهای Google Ads
• آشنایی به رفع خطاهای Google Search Console
• آشنایی به Google Tag Manager
• آشنایی به A/B Testing
• تسلط به نرم افزارهای آفیس (Word و Excel) و کار با Google Sheets
• تسلط به دیتا استودیو Google Looker Studio
• توانایی کپی رایتینگ برای صفحات فرود و نگارش رپورتاژ آگهی
• آشنایی با اصول سئو داخلی و خارجی
• آشنایی با مفاهیم طراحی وب سایت مزیت مهمی محسوب می شود.

شایستگی های تخصصی و رفتاری

• سرپرستی تیم دیجیتال مارکتینگ، تهیه و ارائه گزارشهای هفتگی به مدیریت
• کنترل وضعیت تسکها و وظایف تیم و بهینه سازی جریان و فرایند تقسیم کار
• نظارت بر بهینه سازی قیف فروش و نرخ تبدیل سایت و تلاش مستمر در افزایش فروش آنلاین
• نظارت بر محتوای سئو شده برای وب سایت
• نظارت بر تولید محتوای سوشال
 

Duties and Responsibilities
• The ability and experience of managing a digital marketing team, defining and following up tasks and providing detailed management reports
• The ability to develop a strategy, plan and define key performance indicators for team members
• The ability to define and plan digital campaigns and control and monitor them
• Familiarity with Google Analytics analysis and improving the conversion rate
• Thorough knowledge of optimizing Google campaigns Ads
• Familiarity with fixing Google Search Console errors
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager
• Familiarity with A/B Testing
• Proficiency in office software (Word and Excel) and working with Google Sheets
• Proficiency in Google Looker Studio
• Ability Copywriting for landing pages and writing ad reports
• Familiarity with the principles of internal and external SEO
• Familiarity with website design concepts is an important advantage. Work
• Monitoring the optimization of the sales funnel and site conversion rate and continuous efforts to increase online sales
• Monitoring SEO content for the website
• Monitoring the production of social content
