- توسعه و نظارت بر سیستمهای کنترلی برای جلوگیری یا رسیدگی به نقض دستورالعملهای قانونی و خطمشیهای داخلی
- ارزیابی کارایی کنترلها و بهبود مستمر آنها
- هماهنگی با تنظیمکنندهها در مورد ارزیابی ریسک و انجام توصیههای قانونی برای حفظ قوانین و مقررات مربوط به مقررات و انجام توصیههای قانونی
اجرای استراتژیهای مناسب مدیریت ریسک
- تهیه گزارشهای دقیق برای رهبری در مورد مسائل بالقوه انطباق
- آموزش و آموزش کارکنان در مورد خطمشیها و رویههای انطباق
- بررسی نگرانیهای مربوط به انطباق و نظارت بر اجرای استانداردها
شرایط:
- مدرک لیسانس در حقوق
- تجربه قوی در زمینه مشاوره حقوقی و مشاوره حقوقی مرتبط با
مقررات
- مهارت در زبان انگلیسی
- مهارت های عالی مدیریت ریسک
- توانایی حفظ محرمانه بودن و صلاحدید در غربالگری و اطلاع رسانی به کارکنان

Your new role
Please note that this is not a People Manager role and your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compliance counsel and support related to internal policies, business ethics standards, and company regulations.
- Reviewing and drafting compliance codes and materials, and assisting in the development of training materials, compliance slides, and checklists.
- Supporting the compliance team in fostering an ethical culture and ensuring business activities align with relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
- Monitoring functional units' activities to ensure alignment with compliance objectives and directives.
- Managing and maintaining accurate documentation within the LCQ department to ensure readiness for compliance audits.
- Facilitating and managing compliance projects, optimising internal processes, and assisting in responses to compliance issues and queries.

Your skills & qualifications
As Compliance Manager your key responsibilities will include:
• Law degree with 3-5 years of relevant legal or compliance experience, ideally in a multinational company (preferably pharmaceutical)
or an international law firm.
• Solid knowledge of Iranian laws and regulations with strong legal analysis and risk management skills.
• Effective English communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset with constructive assertiveness.
• Strong stakeholder management, business understanding, project management skills, and attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities guided by integrity and ethical standards.
