Analyze root causes of equipment failures and propose corrective actions
Support for clients and troubleshoot their equipment problems and concerns
Perform regular inspections to identify and correct equipment malfunctions, repairs and replacements
Monitor and track the repair status of inoperative equipment
Prepare, submit, and maintain records of work orders and parts issued
Perform tasks to support the technical services group as required
Completing each repair job in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with calibration and disassembly
Team Work.
Rigor & Organization.
Working under Pressure.
Communication Skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Telecom/Electronic engineering or equivalent experiences degree.
Familiar with GSM.
Intermediate English.
At least 3 relevant working experiences.
Good knowledge of MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.).
