مدیریت عملیاتی

ارزیابی عملکرد شعب در مقایسه با تحقق استانداردهای تعریف شده
شناسایی مشکلات و تشخیص مسائل مرتبط با عملیات شعب و اجرای برنامه‌های بهبود
امور بازرسی و فروشگاهی

بررسی نمرات و شاخص‌های بازرسی منطقه؛
عارضه‌یابی مسائل مرتبط با بازرسی
طراحی برنامه‌های بهبود گزارش‌ها بازرسی
طراحی برنامه‌های بهبود استانداردهای منطقه
بررسی و نظارت بر تمام مسائل و چالش‌های فروشگاهی
نظارت بر عملکرد دپارتمان توسعه شعب و تجهیز

بازدید از املاک: امکان‌سنجی املاک به لحاظ پتانسیل فروش
اخذ تایید مالی پرداخت از دپارتمان مالی ستاد مرکزی
نظارت مستقیم در موارد تجهیز شعب در برخی موارد مهم مانند Redesign


نظارت مالی

مدیریت بودجه: بررسی صورت‌های مالی برای اطمینان از سودآوری و سایر شاخص های مهم در سراسر شعب


مدیریت منابع انسانی

مدیریت تعارض: نظارت بر چالش‌ها و تعارضات و رفع تعارضات و اختلافات

Checking and monitoring sales development programs
Troubleshooting sales and providing improvement solutions
Operational management

Evaluating branch performance compared to the fulfillment of defined standards
Identifying problems and diagnosing issues related to branch operations and implementing improvement plans
Inspection and store affairs

Checking inspection scores and indicators Region;
Troubleshooting problems related to inspections
Designing plans to improve inspection reports
Designing plans to improve regional standards
Checking and monitoring all store issues and challenges
Monitoring the performance of the branch development and equipment department

Property visits: Feasibility of properties in terms of sales potential
Financial approval of payment from the financial department of the headquarters
Direct supervision in cases of branch equipment in some important cases such as Redesign
