نقش اولیه: مشاور ارشد اجرایی توسعه (Business Development Executive Advisor)
امکان ارتقا: قائم‌مقام مجموعه در صورت موفقیت در عملکرد
نوع همکاری: نیمه‌وقت (حضور محدود) + فعالیت ریموت
تمرکز: طراحی، تدوین و اجرای فرآیندهای توسعه، فروش و ساختار اجرایی

این موقعیت مناسب فردی است با توانایی ترکیب تفکر استراتژیک و اجرای عملی،
که علاوه بر طراحی مسیر رشد، بتواند در هدایت تیم‌ها و پیاده‌سازی سیستم‌ها نقش مستقیم داشته باشد.

ویژگی‌های کلیدی مورد انتظار:
• سرعت عمل بالا، هوش تحلیلی و رویکرد نتیجه‌محور
• تسلط بر مدیریت تیم، تحلیل داده، مستندسازی فرآیندها و طراحی داشبوردهای BI
• تجربه در یکپارچه‌سازی نرم‌افزارهای ERP، سیستم‌های دیجیتال، بازاریابی و توسعه بازار

هدف نهایی: ساخت ساختاری پایدار، سودآور و مقیاس‌پذیر برای آینده مجموعه

وظایف کلیدی

نقش در سه دپارتمان اصلی تعریف می‌شود:

1. دپارتمان جنرال (مدیریتی)
• طراحی و استقرار فرآیندهای کلان سازمانی( HR و پشتیبانی و … )
• تحلیل عملکرد و ارائه گزارش‌های مدیریتی

2. دپارتمان مارکتینگ (محوری‌ترین بخش)
• طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های دیجیتال مارکتینگ و فروش
• توسعه همکاری‌های B2B و مدیریت ارتباط با مشتریان
• طراحی و پیاده‌سازی ساختار بازاریابی پایدار

3. دپارتمان فنی و پزشکی (درک تخصصی مزیت محسوب می‌شود)
• آشنایی با فرآیندهای خدماتی و هماهنگی میان تیم‌های عملیاتی و مدیریتی

شرایط همکاری
• شروع در فاز اول به‌صورت نیمه‌وقت یا تمام‌وقت توافقی (ترکیبی از حضور محدود و فعالیت ریموت)
• امکان ادامه همکاری در فاز توسعه با شرایط ارتقای شغلی و مالی
• ترجیحاً دارای سابقه در حوزه خدمات یا مجموعه‌های در حال رشد

The role is defined in three main departments:

1. General Department (Management)
• Design and deployment of macro-organizational processes (HR and support, etc.)
• Performance analysis and presentation of management reports

2. Marketing Department (the most central part)
• Design and implementation of digital marketing and sales programs
• Development of B2B cooperation and customer relationship management
• Design and implementation of sustainable marketing structure

3. Technical and medical department (expert understanding is considered an advantage) • Familiarity with service processes and coordination between operational and management teams

Conditions of cooperation
• Start in the first phase as part-time or full-time agreement (combination of limited attendance and remote activity)
