شرح شغل:
طراحی و بهبود تجربه کاربری (UX) برای اپلیکیشن موبایل با بیش از 5 میلیون کاربر فعال. مسئول طراحی و اجرای Flowهای کلیدی اپ، ایجاد وایرفریم، پروتوتایپ و تست‌های کاربردپذیری (Usability Testing).

شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌های اصلی:
· همکاری روزانه با تیم Business Line Owner و تیم محصول برای درک نیازها و اهداف محصول.
· طراحی و بهبود Journeyهای کلیدی اپلیکیشن شامل ورود، تجربه روزمره، و پیگیری پیشرفت.
· ایجاد Flowهای پیچیده، ساخت سناریو، نسخه‌سازی، تست و Iteration مداوم برای بهینه‌سازی تجربه کاربری.
· تحلیل داده‌ها و استفاده از آن‌ها برای تصمیم‌گیری‌های مبتنی بر داده جهت بهبود تجربه کاربری.
· طراحی وایرفریم، پروتوتایپ، و رابط نهایی (UI).
· همکاری نزدیک با تیم فنی و تیم محصول برای تصمیم‌گیری‌های MVP و Iteration.
· اطمینان از رعایت استانداردهای طراحی برای پلتفرم‌های iOS و Android

مهارت فنی و نرم‌افزاری:
تسلط کامل به Figma (Component, Auto Layout, Variants, Design System)
مهارت در طراحی Wireframe، Prototype، و اجرای Usability Testing
درک عمیق از UX موبایل: navigation، state‌ها، micro-interaction
آشنایی با اصول طراحی برای iOS و Android
توانایی تحلیل داده‌ و انجام A/B Testing
تفکر سیستمی و درک رفتار الگوها در مقیاس محصول
تجربه همکاری نزدیک با تیم محصول و برنامه‌نویس‌ها

سایر مهارت‌ها:
· دقت بالا و توجه به جزئیات
· توانایی ساده‌سازی صفحات شلوغ و پیچیده

Job Description:
Design and improve user experience (UX) for a mobile application with more than 5 million active users. Responsible for the design and implementation of key app flows, creating wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing.

Description of main duties and responsibilities:
· Daily cooperation with the Business Line Owner team and the product team to understand product needs and goals.
· Designing and improving key application journeys including entry, daily experience, and progress tracking.
· Creating complex flows, creating scenarios, versioning, testing, and continuous iteration to optimize the user experience.
· Data analysis and using them for data-based decisions to improve the user experience.
· Wireframe, prototype, and final interface (UI) design.
· Close collaboration with the technical team and the product team for MVP and Iteration decisions.
· Ensuring compliance with design standards for iOS and Android platforms

Technical and software skills:
Complete mastery of Figma (Component, Auto Layout, Variants, Design System)
Skill in wireframe design, Prototype, and the implementation of Usability Testing
Deep understanding of mobile UX: navigation, states, micro-interaction
Familiarity with design principles for iOS and Android
Ability to analyze data and perform A/B Testing
Systemic thinking and understanding the behavior of patterns at the product scale
Experience working closely with the product team and programmers

Other skills:
· High accuracy and attention to detail
· Ability to simplify busy and complex pages
· Skill in redesigning the main flows (Flow) to improve the user experience
