Main job description:
1. Human Resource Strategy for the Grand Prix of the Organization
2. Complete Human Resource Cycle Management including Recruitment, Maintenance, Development, Performance Evaluation and Substitution
3. Design and Implementation of Modern HR Systems: HRIS, KPI, OKR, 360 FEED BEEN. With representatives of employees and legal institutions
6. Analysis of HR data and presentation of analytical reports to the Board of Directors
7. Design and implementation of skill training and development programs
8. Human Resources Team Leadership and Creating Strong and Effective Organizational Culture
Conditions: At least 5 years of experience: To human resource systems (SAP HR, Oracle HRMS, Bamboohr, or similar)
• High ability to negotiate, resolve disputes and interpersonal relationships
• High skills in data analysis, data reporting and data-based decision making (Data-Driven HR)
• Leadership, team motivation, change and culture management and characteristics:

• The ability to manage in pressure and change conditions
• Honesty, trust, and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
