fp&a ایران مسئول مدیریت، کنترل و نظارت بر کلیه فعالیت‌های مرتبط با مدیریت عملکرد در بازار و نهادهای jti ایران است.
به عنوان یک شریک تجاری، موقعیت نقش کلیدی در حمایت از فرآیند تصمیم گیری مدیریت و همچنین همراستایی الزامات قانونی محلی با گزارشات و دستورالعمل های عملیاتی شرکت خواهد داشت. متصدی فعلی نقشی محوری در ارائه بستر مناسب برای سنجش عملکرد و نظارت مداوم بر بازار و نهادهای ایران خواهد داشت. هدف همچنین حمایت از مدیر مالی در رسیدگی به مسائل مالی است که تأثیر با اهمیتی بر صورت‌های مالی شرکت دارد.
مدیر فعلی باید حمایت تجاری فعالانه‌ای را برای مدیریت فراهم کند تا بتواند به اهداف تجاری و بهبود عملکرد مالی دست یابد. مسئولیت‌های اصلی شامل برنامه‌ریزی و تجزیه و تحلیل مالی، مدیریت جریان نقدی، ارزیابی عملکرد برند و بازار به‌علاوه هرگونه بررسی مالی موقت است.
مسئول مستقر مستقیماً به مدیر مالی گزارش می‌دهد که با همکاری نزدیک با تیم مدیریت مالی (مدیران کنترل مالی، خزانه‌داری، مالیات و پوند)، و همچنین با سایر شرکای تجاری در jti, irans, و غیره. گروه jti (مالی منطقه ای و fp&a شرکتی).
حوزه های اصلی مسئولیت:
برنامه ریزی، بودجه بندی و پیش بینی:
• کمک به CFO ایران در توسعه و کنترل تمام جنبه های مالی برنامه ریزی و بودجه بندی p&l بازار، ترازنامه واحد تجاری و جریان نقدی مرتبط (برنامه سالانه و ارائه اطلاعات دقیق و برنامه ریزی استراتژیک 3 ساله) ارائه به وظایف شرکت.
هماهنگی چرخه برنامه‌ریزی:
• مسئول هماهنگی تمام چرخه‌های برنامه‌ریزی و جمع‌آوری، تجزیه و تحلیل هزینه‌های عملیاتی/بازاریابی و همکاری نزدیک با بخش‌های محلی و سایر نهادهای JTI.
• مسئول همسویی کامل برنامه‌ریزی محلی، بودجه‌بندی و گزارش‌دهی محلی (ابزارهای برآورد استراتژیک، گزارش‌های استراتژیک، آخرین سال‌های شرکت به سیستم‌های سازمانی
3 سال، گزارش‌های استراتژیک. برنامه ها):
• ارائه اطلاعات مالی دقیق، مرتبط و قابل اعتماد به مدیریت بازار برای پشتیبانی کامل و فعال از فرآیندهای تصمیم گیری. کمک به CFO ایران در بهبود و حفظ بستر مناسب برای سنجش عملکرد.
• توسعه و تهیه گزارش مدیریت عملکرد ماهانه و فصلی مطابق با نیازهای مدیریت و شرکت، با تمرکز بر محرک‌های کلیدی کسب‌وکار و تغییرات در برابر مفروضات اصلی. در فرآیند بسته شدن ماهانه شرکت کنید و به تیم حسابداری محلی در تهیه ترازهای آزمایشی واحد تجاری کمک کنید.
• ارائه به موقع حجم پایان ماه و تجزیه و تحلیل P&L به CFO و شرکت های بزرگ ایران.
• تهیه بودجه هزینه های عملیاتی و ارائه تجزیه و تحلیل واریانس ماهانه مربوط به opex، mktg، جریان نقدی، اقلام capex، و اقلام زیر Occ. تجربه مورد نیاز
تحصیلات:
• مدرک دانشگاهی در رشته های مالی، حسابداری یا تجربه مرتبط در این زمینه.
تجربه کاری:
• 5 سال تجربه در شرکت های چندملیتی / fmcg

• مهارت های قوی زبان انگلیسی

The FP&A of Iran is responsible to manage, control and supervise all performance management related activities within JTI Iran Market & Entities.
As a business partner, position will play a key role in supporting management decision-making process, as well as aligning local statutory requirements to Corporate Reporting and Operating Guidelines. The incumbent will have a pivotal function in providing adequate platform for on-going performance measurement and monitoring of the Iran market & entities. Objective is also to support the Finance Director in addressing financial issues that have a material impact on the company's financial statements.
The incumbent should provide proactive business support to management enabling achievement of business objectives and improvement of financial performance. Main responsibilities include Financial Planning & Analysis, Cash Flow Management, Brand and Market Performance Assessments plus any ad-hoc financial reviews.
The incumbent is reporting directly to Finance Director working in close cooperation with Finance Management Team (Financial Controlling, Treasury, Tax and LBS Managers), as well as with other business partners within JTI Iran (M&S, GSC, HR, Logistics, etc.) or JTI Group (Regional Finance and Corporate FP&A).
Main Areas of Responsibility:
Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Assist the Iran CFO in developing & controlling all financial aspects of the planning and budgeting of market P&L, Entity Balance Sheet and related Cash Flow (Annual Plan / 3 years strategic plan) within JTI reporting guidelines and framework while ensuring timely and accurate data submission to Corporate Functions.
Planning Cycle Coordination:
• Responsible for coordinating all planning cycles and collecting, analyzing OPEX/Marketing expenses and working in close collaboration with local departments and other JTI entities.
• Accountable for full alignment of local planning, budgeting and reporting tools to corporate systems.
• Financial Reporting (Actual, Latest Estimate, 3 strategic years plans):
• Provide market management with accurate, relevant and reliable financial information to fully and proactively support decision making processes. Assist the Iran CFO in improving and maintaining adequate platform for performance measurement.
• Develop and prepare monthly and quarterly performance management reporting in line with management and corporate requirement, with a focus on key business drivers and variances against major assumptions.
Market and Entity Month-End Closing:
• Support IFRS Month End Close and related JTI Month End and Quarterly Entity Reporting requirements. Participate in the monthly closing process and assist the local Accounting Team with the preparation of the entity trial balances.
• Provide Month End Volume and P&L analysis to Iran CFO and Corporate in a timely manner.
• Prepare Operating Expenses budgets and provide monthly Variance Analysis concerning OPEX, MKTG, Cash flow, CAPEX, and below OCC P&L items.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required
Education:
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant experience in this area.
Work Experience:
• 5 Years experience in Multinational / FMCG companies
