Performance Marketing Specialist

• Develop & Execute Performance Marketing Campaigns - Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Yandex Ads, Telegram, Yektanet, Tapsel and other relevant platforms.
• Data-Driven Decision Making-Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) - Continuously optimize landing pages, ad copies, and targeting to improve conversion rates.
• Budget Management - Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI,
• A/B Testing & Experimentation - Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and messaging to identify top-performing variations.
• Multi-Channel Performance Analysis - Track and report key performance Indicators across all paid channels.
• Colaborate in Managing Marketing Automation Workflows - Design, implement, and optimize automated marketing workflows across email, SMS
• Collaborate in Lead Nurturing & Customer Journey Optimization - Create and manage automated campaigns to engage, nurture, and convert leads requirements

Required Skills:

• Experience :3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B companies.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Matomo, Google Analytics, GTM, Marketing Automation and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Webengage).
• Strong Analytical Skills: Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker or other BI tools.
