Roles And Responsibilities:
- To Source And Find Proper Candidate For Each Job Vacancy In Collaboration With Related Manager.
- To Assess Candidates For Recruitment/ Transfer/Promotion Using Different HR Selection Tools E.G. Belbin, PPA, Or Other Competency Based Interview Model.
- To Ensure Each Individual Has The Correct Competencies And Job Requirements In Order To Meet Business Requirements.
- To Conduct Salary Offer Process And Announce And Hold Job Offer Session.
- To Implement And Follow Career Planning Program When Relevant Positions Are Advertised In Internal Channel.
- To Provide Feedback To The Candidates Who Have Been Rejected In Interview Process.
- To Use Different Social And Nonsocial Resources, Job Fairs And Collaboration With Top Ranking Universities To Gather & Collect Appropriate CVs And Submit Them To Relevant Managers.
- Follow Up And Ensure Prompt Response On Referrals With Respect To New Employees With The Referees.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Education:
- BA In Human Resources / Industrial Psychology Or Related.
