وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• هدف‌گذاری و نظارت بر فعالیت تمامی واحدهای خرید به منظور تامین به‌موقع و موثر کالاها و خدمات مورد نیاز خط تولید.
• نظارت بر عقد قراردادهای خرید کالا و خدمات و حصول اطمینان از تامین منافع شرکت و انطباق الزامات درج شده با موارد مذاکره شده.
• نظارت و راهبری بر انجام کلیه‌ خدمات پیمانکاری و برون‌سپاری (عقد قرارداد، بازدید قابلیت‌ها، تضامین و مذاکرات).
• انجام کلیه مذاکرات تجاری و عقد قراردادهای همکاری و تفاهم نامه‌های عملیاتی (داخلی و خارجی).
• پیاده‌سازی و استقرار مکانیزم‌های مدیریت هزینه و هزینه مالی با مدل‌های استاندارد.
• مدیریت و بهینه‌سازی عملیات خرید و فرآیندهای سفارش‌گذاری تا خرید و مانیتورینگ کلیه فرآیندها.
• حصول اطمینان از برقراری ارتباط موثر با انبار جهت آگاهی داشتن از میزان موجودی کالاها به منظور اتخاذ تصمیمات لازم و به موقع برای تامین کالاهای مورد نیاز.
• نظارت بر فرآیند شناسایی تامین‌کنندگان کالا و خدمات و مدیریت تامین‌کنندگان و ایجاد سیستم ارزیابی تامین‌کنندگان (Sourcing).
• نظارت بر برگزاری مزایده‌ها و مناقصات در مواقع لزوم.
• ایفای نقش در تدوین و یا به‌روزرسانی آیین‌نامه معاملات و حضور در کمیسیون معاملات.
• راهبری تیم تحت سرپرستی در راستای دستیابی به اهداف تعیین شده و ابلاغ شده.
• نظارت بر فرایند جمع‌آوری و تحلیل داده‌های مورد استفاده در گزارشات.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مدیریت بازرگانی، مدیریت صنعتی یا مهندسی صنایع.
• حداقل شش سال سابقه مدیریتی در حوزه مرتبط.
• توانایی تدوین و استقرار استراتژی‌های خرید.
• توانایی مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی خرید کالا.
• تسلط کامل به فرآیندهای خرید کالا، مذاکره با تامین‌کنندگان، مزایده‌ها و مناقصات.
• توانایی مدیریت و راهبری سیستم‌ها و نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Targeting and monitoring the activities of all purchasing units in order to provide timely and effective goods and services needed by the production line. Participation and compliance of the listed requirements with the negotiated items.
• Supervision and management of all contracting and outsourcing services (contracting, inspection of capabilities, guarantees and negotiations).
• Conducting all business negotiations and concluding contracts. Cooperation and operational memorandums (domestic and foreign).
• Implementation and deployment of cost and financial cost management mechanisms with standard models .
• Management and optimization of purchase operations and order processes. From ordering to purchasing and monitoring all processes.
• Ensuring effective communication with the warehouse in order to be aware of the stock of goods in order to make the necessary and timely decisions to supply the required goods.
• Monitoring the supply identification process. suppliers of goods and services and management of suppliers and creation of evaluation system of suppliers (Sourcing). Trading commission.
• Leading the team under supervision in order to achieve the set and announced goals.
• Monitoring the process of data collection and analysis used in reports.

Conditions for certification:< br>• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business management, industrial, industrial engineering.
• At least six years of management experience in the related field. and planning the purchase of goods.
• Complete mastery of the processes of purchasing goods, negotiating with suppliers, auctions and tenders.
• Ability to manage and manage related systems and software.
