Key Responsibilities:
Contacting approved leads provided by the Sales Department and finalizing vendor contracts
Staying up to date with market trends, assortment gaps, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape
Monitoring vendor activation status and ensuring continuous engagement
Developing and executing monthly action plans to improve KA vendors’ sales performance
Continuously monitoring and analyzing vendor performance, providing actionable insights to drive growth
Identifying assortment gaps and collaborating with vendors to enhance product selection
Ensuring competitive pricing for KA vendors, especially on key index products
Encouraging vendor participation in promotions and negotiating attractive commercial deals
Acting as a problem solver and accelerator in resolving operational, financial, and commercial vendor issues
Tracking operational KPIs of the accounting team
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Key Account Management
Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable plans
Experience in E-commerce and Mass Production is a strong advantage
Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
