Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team at TapsiFood.
In this role, you will be part of the Performance function, contributing to the planning, execution, optimization, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns. You will support user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives, helping drive sustainable growth and achieve key business KPIs..
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in performance-driven industries such as food delivery, e-commerce, or fintech.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as Google Ads and ad networks, along with other paid media platforms.
Allocate and control budgets to achieve defined performance KPIs.
- Performance Optimization & Analysis
Analyze campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities.
Design and execute A/B tests to improve targeting, creatives, and conversion rates.
Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics such as CAC, AOV, and CLV.
- Analytics, Tracking & Measurement
Collect and structure digital channel performance data in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for accurate measurement of marketing performance.
Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards using Google Looker Studio.
Define, calculate, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to campaign and business performance.
Implement and manage Google Tag Manager for platform tracking.
Set up and maintain e-commerce tracking, conversion tracking, and custom events.
Analyze user behavior across different digital channels and within the platform to understand user journeys and engagement patterns.
Collaborate with ECRM and the Business Data Team to ensure tracking accuracy and data consistency.

- Practical experience with Google Tag Manager, including e-commerce tracking and custom event implementation.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and growth experimentation.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in designing dashboards and monitoring business and marketing KPIs.
