Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators and trends.
• Analyze complex banking datasets to generate insights that drive business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and data pipelines.
• Assist in data migration efforts, including validating and transforming data as needed.
• Present analytical findings and insights to managers, offering actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to streamline data processes and integrate data from multiple systems.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• No specific certifications required, but relevant qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data extraction and manipulation.
• Proficiency Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or equivalent.
• Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development.
• Familiarity with banking systems and financial datasets is an advantage.
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques to translate data into actionable insights.
