کارشناس صادرات | Export Expert

Responsibilities:
- مدیریت فرآیندهای صادرات کالاها از ابتدا تا انتها
- ایجاد و حفظ ارتباط موثر با مشتریان و تامین‌کنندگان خارجی
- تهیه و بررسی اسناد و مدارک مرتبط با صادرات و اطمینان از دقت و صحت آن‌ها
- تحلیل داده‌ها و شناسایی فرصت‌های بهینه‌سازی و بهبود فرآیندها
انجام امور مرتبط با حوزه صادرات محصولات از طریق سفارش گیری، پیگیری های مالی و پرداختی مشتریان.
مسلط به امور مارکتینگ صادراتی از جمله هماهنگی بازطراحی بسته بندی های محصولات از طریق دریافت تاییدیه های آرت ورک ها از واحدهای داخلی و نماینده کشور مربوطه.
انجام پیگیری های لازم از طریق دریافت مجوزهای مرتبط داخلی(وزارت بهداشت، بازرگانی، گمرک و ....) سایر مجوز های خارجی (سفارت، وزارت بهداشت کشور مقصد و ..) به منظور تسهیل در روند صادرات محصولات.
هماهنگی جهت حمل محموله های صادراتی از طریق تعیین وسیله نقلیه مناسب، پیگیری شرکت های حمل کالا، و انعقاد قراردادهای مرتبط به منظور فراهم آوری بستر حمل و نقل محصولات.
تهیه و تدوین گزارشات لازم از طریق گردآوری داده ها و جمع بندی اطلاعات.
مسلط به رویه های صادرات و قوانین صادراتی
مسلط به قوانین رفع تعهدات صادراتی، اخذ مجوزهای صادراتی و نامه نگاری های مربوطه
ترجیحا آشنا به قوانین، فرآیند و رویه های صادرات دارو
بررسی بازارهای هدف و شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید صادراتی

Qualifications:
- دارای مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های بازرگانی، تجارت یا مدیریت
- تجربه کاری مرتبط در حوزه صادرات دارو
- مهارت در نرم‌افزارهای آفیس
- توانایی کار در محیط تیمی و برقراری ارتباط موثر
- دقت و توجه به جزئیات

Responsibilities:
- Management of export processes of goods from beginning to end
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with external customers and suppliers
- Preparation and review of documents related to export and ensuring their accuracy and correctness
- Analyzing data and identifying opportunities to optimize and improve processes
Carrying out matters related to the field of exporting products through ordering, financial follow-up and customer payments.
Proficient in export marketing matters, including coordination of product packaging redesign through receiving artwork approvals from internal units and representative of the relevant country.
Carrying out the necessary follow-up by obtaining relevant domestic licenses (Ministry of Health, Commerce, Customs, etc.) and other foreign licenses (Embassy, Ministry of Health of the destination country, etc.) in order to facilitate the process of exporting products.
Coordinating for the transportation of export cargoes by determining the appropriate vehicle, following up with freight companies, and concluding related contracts in order to provide a transportation platform for products.
Preparation and compilation of necessary reports through data collection and information summarization.
Proficient in export procedures and export laws
Familiar with the laws of clearing export obligations, obtaining export licenses and related correspondence
Preferably familiar with the laws, process and procedures of drug export
Examining target markets and identifying new export opportunities

Qualifications:
- Having a degree in commerce, trade or management
- Relevant work experience in the field of drug export
- Proficiency in office software
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Accuracy and attention to detail
