کارشناس حمل ونقل زمینی | Road Freight Specialist

تمرکز متخصص حمل و نقل جاده ای بر مدیریت درخواست ها و رزروهای حمل و نقل جاده ای/کامیونی از جمله مدیریت خدمات مشتری و هماهنگی با بخش های فروش، حسابداری و سایر بخش ها است.

مسئولیت های کلیدی:
- برای اهداف قیمت گذاری و عملیات با نمایندگان بین المللی و محلی مکاتبه کنید.
- نظارت بر اسناد ردیابی و
از طریق liais-z. نمایندگان بین المللی/مرز/گمرک، تیم فروش، حسابداری، و مشتریان.
- مدیریت حمل و نقل با استفاده از نرم افزار شرکت (کاروان).
- سفارشات تحویل، رسید انبار، و epl.
- گزارش های ماهانه برای مدیریت تولید کنید.

شرایط مورد نیاز: حداقل 3 سال سابقه کار در هر موضوعی. حمل و نقل بین المللی، لجستیک، یا صنعت حمل و نقل.

- توانایی کار مستقل و به عنوان بخشی از یک تیم.
- مهارت در Microsoft Office.

Road Freight Specialist's focus is to manage road/trucking freight inquiries and bookings including customer service management and coordinating with the sales, accounting, and other departments.

Key responsibilities:
- Correspond with international and local agents, and carriers, for pricing and operations purposes.
- Monitor tracking shipments from A-Z.
- Documentation and liaising with international/border/customs agents, sales team, accounting, and clients.
- Shipment management using company software (CARAVAN).
- Delivery orders, Warehouse receipt, and EPL.
- Generate monthly reports for the management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any subject.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the international transport, logistics, or shipping industry.
- Highly motivated with strong organizational skills.Multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English.
