Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring direct marketing campaigns start on time, are within budget, and deliver positive ROI results.
- Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Providing performance reports to achieve established KPIs.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
- Familiarity with the dashboards of ad networks (Yektanet, Tapsell, and SabaVision) | Basic knowledge of Google Ads panel, including definition and campaign setup.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
- Understanding Social Media Best Practices
- Analyze Campaigns
- Executing Campaigns on Social Networks
- Identifying Trends and Insights
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
- Strong understanding of Market Research, Market Segmentation, Persona, Marketing Mix (4P), Marketing Funnel, Customer Journey
- Proficient in marketing automation tools
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
