Atlas Company is looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team. This person will have a key role in supporting the team.
Job Description and Duties:
· Record and follow up sales orders, invoices, and customer requests
· Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, production) to ensure smooth order processing
· Keep accurate sales records and prepare related sales reports (monthly targets, sales volume, debts, etc.)
· Assist in sales documentation and contracts
· Provide customer service, solve problems quickly, and record & follow up on complaints
· Support the sales team in daily coordination and administrative tasks
· Coordinate paint samples, catalogs, and product technical information for customers
· Assist in introducing new products and updating sales team information
· Follow up on payments by contacting customers and sales representatives, and coordinate with the finance team
Professional skills:
· Familiarity with wholesale and retail sales processes
· Preferably familiar with the building and industrial paint industry
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
· Proficiency in English

· Good communication skills and ability to connect with people
· Clear speaking and negotiation skills
