- Designing Courier Journey
- Increasing the number of successful Rides
- Courier Behavior Forecast
- Categories of Couriers Based on Performance & Behavior
- Churned Courier Activation
- Campaign Designing Based on Courier Behavior
- Updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and Courier preferences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, MBA or a related field.
- Proven experience in fleet Engagement or Retention roles.
- Strong knowledge of driver Engagement strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to track and interpret Engagement metrics.
- Familiarity with the transportation, logistic industry and understanding of Couriers requirements.
