شرح موقعیت شغلی و مسئولیت‌ها

• انجام کلیه امور حسابداری، مالی و اداری مرتبط با واحد مالی
• ثبت اسناد حسابداری روزانه شامل خرید، فروش، دریافت و پرداخت، حقوق و دستمزد
• تهیه و تنظیم صورت‌های مالی، ترازنامه، صورت سود و زیان، گردش وجوه نقد و گزارش‌های مدیریتی
• کنترل و مطابقت حساب‌های بانکی، صندوق، طرف حساب‌ها و موجودی کالا
• تهیه و تنظیم اظهارنامه‌های مالیاتی، ارزش افزوده و گزارشات فصلی خرید و فروش (TTMS)
• همکاری با حسابرس داخلی و رسمی و پاسخ‌گویی به مراجع قانونی
• تحلیل هزینه‌ها، ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی برای تصمیم‌گیری مدیران
• پایش مستمر جریان نقدی و ارائه راهکارهای بهینه برای مدیریت مالی
• طراحی و بهبود سیستم‌های حسابداری و کنترل داخلی

شرایط احراز و الزامات

• مدرک تحصیلی: حداقل کارشناسی حسابداری، مالی یا رشته‌های مرتبط
• حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در شرکت‌های معتبر یا مجموعه‌های چندبخشی
• تسلط کامل بر نرم‌افزارهای حسابداری (به ویژه سپیدار )
• تسلط بر Excel پیشرفته و آشنایی با ابزارهای گزارش‌گیری
• آشنایی با قوانین مالیاتی، بیمه، کار و استانداردهای حسابداری
• دقت، سرعت و صداقت بالا در انجام امور مالی
• روحیه کار تیمی، نظم، رازداری و مسئولیت‌پذیری
• رعایت ددلاین‌های مالی

Job description and responsibilities

• Perform all accounting, financial and administrative tasks related to the financial unit
• Record daily accounting documents including purchases, sales, receipts and payments, salaries and wages
• Preparation and adjustment of financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow and management reports
• Control and matching of bank accounts, funds, accounts parties and inventory of goods
• preparation and preparation of tax declarations, added value and quarterly purchase and sales reports (TTMS)
• cooperation with internal and official auditors and responding to legal authorities
• analysis of costs, presentation of analytical reports for managers to make decisions
• continuous monitoring of cash flow and providing optimal solutions for financial management

qualification conditions and requirements

• Educational qualification: minimum bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related fields
• At least 5 years of related work experience in reputable companies or multi-sector groups
• Complete mastery of accounting software (especially Sepidar)
• Mastery of advanced Excel and familiarity with reporting tools
• Familiarity with tax laws, insurance, labor and accounting standards
• High accuracy, speed and honesty in doing financial affairs
