شرح وظایف:
فراگیری اصول و شرکت در پروسه های طراحی و یا قالب بندی و نهایی سازی اسناد فنی و مهندسی
فراگیری اصول و آماده سازی گزارشات و مکاتبات پروژه ها
فراگیری اصول و انجام امور مربوط به دسته بندی، بایگانی و .... مدارک مهندسی
فراگیری اصول و انجام کلیه هماهنگی های مربوط به پروژه های اجرایی با واحد های اداری، مالی و ...
فراگیری اصول و انجام امور اداری و دفتری مربوطه
فراگیری اصول و تکمیل فرم های مربوط به گردش کارهای داخلی شرکت و پیگیری امور محوله تا حصول نتیجه


پیش‌نیازها

داشتن مدرک کاردانی، کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در هر یک از رشته های مهندسی (اولویت با مهندسی برق یا الکترونیک، مکانیک، صنایع، معماری و عمران)
تسلط بر MS Excel و MS Word
آشنایی عمومی با کنترل پروژه و MSP
آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی.
آشنایی عمومی با نرم افزار های طراحی و نقشه کشی
دقیق، منظم و مسئولیت‌پذیر.

Prerequisites

Having an associate degree, bachelor's or master's degree in any of the engineering fields (priority with electrical or electronics engineering, mechanics, industries, architecture and civil engineering)
Mastery of MS Excel and MS Word
General familiarity with project control and MSP
Familiar with English language.
General familiarity with design and drawing software
Accurate, organized and responsible.
