Job Description:
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Network Configuration & Management
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Network Monitoring
- Documentation & Record Keeping
- Implementation of Security Policies
- Support & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Learning & Technical Knowledge Enhancement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role (e.g., Network Administrator).
- In-depth understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPN).
- Hands-on experience with network hardware from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, HP, etc.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and analysis tools (e.g., PRTG, SolarWinds, Wireshark).
- Solid understanding of network security principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, NSE) are a strong plus.
