تخصیص بهینه ظرفیت انبار با توجه به ظرفیتسنجی طرح و برنامه برای بهرهگیری از فضای انبار به ظرفیت مورد نیاز
نظارت بر تخصیص روزانه مواد اولیه به واحد تولید منطبق با برنامه تولید ارائه شده توسط واحد طرح و برنامه به منظور توزیع متناسب با نیاز واحد تولید
مدیریت موجودیها و سفارشات کالاهای غیر BOM به منظور توازن کالاهای وارده و صادره برای خرید و نگهداری اقلام مازاد بر مصرف
نظارت بر کددهی به اقلام، ردیابی و طبقهبندی چیدمان مواد اولیه، محصولات، قطعات و سایر کالاها جهت بهینهسازی مکانیابی و نحوه نگهداری اقلام در انبارهای مختلف
تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات محصولات تولیدی (میزان تولید، فروش و توزیع) جهت برقراری و حفظ روزآمد سیستم کنترل موجودی و انبارش بهینه
نظارت بر کنترل موجودی انبارهای بستهبندی
ظرفیتسنجی و نیازسنجی موارد انبار اقلام بستهبندی و بودجهبندی

آشنایی کامل با مباحث لجستیکی انبار
