ما به دنبال Product Manager اجرایی برای پروژه های فین تک هستیم؛ کسی که تمرکزش روی تحویل درست فیچر است، نه صرفاً برنامهریزی و ارائه اسلاید.
این نقش برای کسیه که بین تیم فنی، QA و لانچ گیت کیفیت ایجاد میکنه و اجازه نمیده فیچر بدون قفل طراحی وارد توسعه یا لانچ بشه.
مسئولیتها:
تبدیل سناریوها و نیازمندیها به Requirement شفاف و قابل پیادهسازی
گرفتن Design Lock قبل از شروع توسعه
برگزاری Checkpoint در میانه توسعه برای جلوگیری از انحراف
هماهنگی نزدیک با تیم توسعه و QA
بررسی آمادگی لانچ و جلوگیری از لانچ در صورت عدم تطابق با Design
مستندسازی تصمیمها و Debtها
الزامات:
تجربه کار عملی با تیمهای فنی
درک خوب از Data Flow، State و وابستگیها
توانایی پیگیری قاطع تا تحویل خروجی
توجه بالا به جزئیات و کیفیت
Job description:
We are looking for an Executive Product Manager for fintech projects; Someone who focuses on the correct delivery of the feature, not just planning and presenting slides. This role is for someone who creates quality between the technical team, QA and launch gate and does not allow the feature to enter development or launch without a design lock. Responsibilities: Converting scenarios and requirements into clear and implementable requirements. Deviation
Coordinating closely with development and QA team
Checking launch readiness and preventing launch in case of non-compliance with Design
Documentation of decisions and Debts
Requirements:
Practical working experience with technical teams
Good understanding of Data Flow, State and dependencies
Ability to decisively follow through to output delivery
High attention to detail and quality
