شرکت نواوران درمان اطلس به دنبال یک کارشناس فروش و بازاریابی برای دپارتمان لاپاراسکوپی است که به توسعه فروش و استراتژی‌های بازاریابی کمک کند.

شرح شغل:

• نگهداری ارتباطات مؤثر با مشتریان جدید و فعلی.
• شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید و افزایش فروش محصولات و خدمات شرکت.
• توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های بازاریابی برای جذب مشتریان جدید.
• بررسی و تحلیل بازار برای شناسایی روندها و نیازهای بازار.
• شرکت در نمایشگاه‌ها و رویدادهای صنعتی برای تقویت حضور برندسازی.
• همکاری با تیم‌های داخلی برای بهبود خدمات و پیشنهادات فروش.

شرایط احراز:

• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر و مهارت‌های قوی در روابط عمومی.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم و استراتژی‌های فروش و بازاریابی.
• توانایی تحلیل بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌های رشد.
• مهارت‌های سازماندهی و مدیریت زمان به منظور اولویت‌بندی وظایف.
• تجربه کار در صنعت بیمارستان‌ها و تجهیزات پزشکی بالاخص لاپاراسکوپی مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Navaran Derman Atlas Company is looking for a sales and marketing expert for the laparoscopy department to help develop sales and marketing strategies. This position is located in Tehran and requires familiarity with how hospitals work and purchase, familiarity with the doctors' guild.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining effective communication with new and current customers.
- Identifying new opportunities and increasing sales of the company's products and services.
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Market research and analysis to identify market trends and needs.
- Participation in exhibitions. and industry events to strengthen branding presence.
- Collaboration with internal teams to improve services and sales proposals.

Competencies:
- Degree in Medical Engineering.
- Ability to communicate effectively and strong public relations skills.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing concepts and strategies.
- Ability to analyze the market and identify growth opportunities.
- Organizational and time management skills in order to prioritize tasks.
- Work experience in the hospital industry. and medical equipment, especially laparoscopy, is considered an advantage.
