Job Description (Role & Responsibilities):
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Field Application Scientist to serve as a scientific bridge between our advanced technologies and our clinical/research partners.

* Scientific Consultation: Provide high-level technical and scientific support for our portfolio (NGS, dPCR, Real-Time PCR, etc.).
* Installation & Validation: Lead on-site setup, optimization, and validation of instruments and specialized panels.
* Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical and assay-related challenges.
* Scientific Documentation: Prepare detailed technical reports, scientific articles, and manuals.
* Training & Education: Design and deliver professional presentations for customers and internal teams.
* Business Missions: Conduct frequent in-city and intercity business missions to ensure client success.

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
* Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Cellular & Molecular Biology, Immunology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or a related field.
* Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with NGS, Digital PCR, Real-Time PCR, and Genetic Analyzers.
* Analytical Thinking & Precision: Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and focus. You must be able to analyze complex technical issues and provide precise solutions under pressure.
* English Proficiency (Significant Advantage): High-level fluency is strongly preferred. We value candidates who can independently research international guidelines, source relevant scientific literature, and effectively communicate or present complex concepts.
