ما به دنبال یک مهندس سیستم ماهر هستیم تا از استقرار ، نگهداری و عیب یابی راه حل اشتراک گذاری پرونده NextCloud خود در یک محیط سازمانی پشتیبانی کند. نامزد ایده آل در زمینه مدیریت لینوکس ، مدیریت بانک اطلاعاتی ، شبکه سازی و فن آوری های کانتینر سازی تخصص دارد. PostgreSQL ، MariADB) مورد استفاده در NextCloud Deployments.
• پیکربندی و حفظ Apache ، PHP و سایر فن آوری های سرور وب.
• نظارت ، نگهداری و عیب یابی سخت افزار ، سرورها و ماشین های مجازی (VMS). پیکربندی ها با خط مشی های امنیتی هماهنگ هستند.
• مراحل عیب یابی اسناد ، تنظیمات و بهترین روشها برای تقویت دانش تیم.

We are seeking a skilled systems engineer to support the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our Nextcloud File Sharing Solution within an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Linux administration, database management, networking, and containerization technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide second-level support for Nextcloud, resolving escalated issues related to system performance, security, and integrations.
• Manage and optimize Linux-based servers, ensuring high availability and efficiency.
• Administer and troubleshoot databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL, MariaDB) used in Nextcloud deployments.
• Configure and maintain Apache, PHP, and other web server technologies.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, servers, and virtual machines (VMs).
• Support and maintain Kubernetes and Docker environments for containerized applications.
• Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure firewall and network configurations align with security policies.
• Document troubleshooting steps, configurations, and best practices to enhance team knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Linux administration, including system monitoring, user management, and security hardening.
• Experience managing SQL databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Apache, PHP, and web hosting configurations.
• Hands-on experience with server hardware, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker for managing containerized environments.
• Basic understanding of network security, firewalls, and enterprise networking concepts.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Nextcloud or similar file-sharing solutions.
• Knowledge of enterprise storage solutions and backup strategies.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Bash scripting.
