We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate complex ideas into clear, visually striking designs. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brands across digital, print, and social platforms. This role requires creativity balanced with brand discipline — someone who can deliver fresh ideas while staying aligned with brand strategy and visual consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality marketing materials (social media posts, digital ads, banners, event branding, and presentations).
- Develop and maintain brand visual identity, ensuring consistency across all assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver engaging visual concepts.
- Work closely with motion designers and copywriters to build cohesive campaigns.
- Create print-ready assets for events, merchandise, and partner communications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Research visual trends, competitor styles, and audience preferences to keep designs relevant and modern.
- Prepare creative assets for paid media, product launches, and social storytelling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 4+ years of professional design experience (preferably in marketing, fintech, or agency environments).
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with social media formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube thumbnails, etc.).
- Experience with brand identity systems and design guidelines.
- Ability to think conceptually and present design rationale clearly.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with 3D rendering tools, AI image generation prompts, or UI/UX design is a big plus.
