Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team and amplify our brand presence across digital platforms. You’ll create engaging content, manage social channels, and drive community interactions to promote Aldataset’s data-driven AI solutions, fostering awareness and growth in the AI and data ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in creative, fast-paced environments and is passionate about leveraging social media to connect with tech-savvy audiences, influencers, and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation on platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and others.
- Create compelling content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories, tailored to highlight Aldataset’s datasets, AI tools, and industry insights.
- Monitor social media trends, audience feedback, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and content.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align social efforts with business goals and product launches.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with industry influencers and communities.
- Analyze social media data using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or platform insights to report on ROI and recommend improvements.
- Manage paid social campaigns, including ad targeting, budgeting, and A/B testing for maximum impact.
- Stay ahead of emerging social media features, algorithms, and best practices in the tech and AI space.
- Coordinate cross-promotions, events, and user-generated content initiatives to enhance community involvement.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture through innovative ideas, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management, ideally in tech, AI, or data-driven industries.
- Proven track record of growing social audiences and driving engagement through creative content strategies.
- Strong skills in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms.
- Analytical mindset with experience in metrics tracking, reporting, and data-informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, and audience engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and adapt to fast-changing digital landscapes.
- Genuine passion for the company's mission and its hybrid technology and operational nature.
- Experience with social listening tools or AI content generation is a plus.
