Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Unity 3D Game Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Unity 3D Game Developer, you will be at the core of creating engaging, high-performance, and polished mobile games. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining game mechanics, user interfaces, and overall game architecture, ensuring a stable, optimized, and fun experience for our players. You will collaborate closely with artists, designers, product managers, and other engineers to bring our innovative cafe-themed game to life.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Unity 3D Game Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Unity 3D Game Developer, you will be at the core of creating engaging, high-performance, and polished mobile games. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining game mechanics, user interfaces, and overall game architecture, ensuring a stable, optimized, and fun experience for our players. You will collaborate closely with artists, designers, product managers, and other engineers to bring our innovative cafe-themed game to life.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code in C# for the Unity engine.
- Develop and implement core game mechanics, user interfaces, and application logic.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and product managers to translate design specifications into a functional and polished game.
- Optimize game performance for a wide range of mobile devices, focusing on CPU, GPU, and memory usage.
- Write clean, organized, well-tested, and maintainable C# code, adhering to best practices for mobile game development.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex bugs and issues in the game code.
- Stay current with the Unity ecosystem, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile game development.
- Contribute to the architectural design and evolution of our game systems.
- Implement, and maintain third-party services such as analytics, ads, and in-app purchases.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services for features like leaderboards and user accounts.
Requirements:
- High level of English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience as a Game Developer with at least 4 years of experience, demonstrating strong expertise in building mobile games with significant hands-on experience in Unity 3D.
- Deep proficiency in C# and the Unity engine, including its editor, scripting API, and core principles (game objects, components, physics, animation).
- Significant experience shipping at least one mobile game on the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Strong understanding of mobile game architecture, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with performance analysis and optimization for mobile platforms.
- Experience with testing methodologies and tools in a Unity environment (e.g., unit tests, integration tests).
- Experience with implementing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of UI development using Unity’s UGUI system.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
