Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Training needs assessment for all commercial departments and designing digital training courses and checking the alignment with Snappfood values.
- Develop and implement strategies for preparing online courses, webinars, and other online tactics.
- Develop training programs and materials for vendors to ensure they understand the organization's policies, procedures, quality standards, and expectations.
- Automate processes and procedures for all vendors in Snappfood to communicate better and effectively.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring they receive comprehensive training.
- Monitoring digital training team members' performance
- Manage all critical aspects of workflows, screen schemes, automation, reporting, permissions, notifications, custom fields, marketplace add-ons, and integrations
- Liaises with members of the commercial team to implement solution designs and processes and perform advanced troubleshooting for reported issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of Experience, Relevant Work Experience is a Plus
- Proven experience in digital marketing, online sales analytics
- A strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and platforms.
- Skilled in using marketing automation software (web engage)
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in B2B depending on the target market.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Familiar with Google Analytics
- Ability in social media analytics
- Proven expertise in design process and implementation
- Familiar with WordPress
