Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a creative and proactive Senior  Social Media Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that build brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive growth across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, AI, and an understanding of the Z and Alpha generations in Iran.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy Development: Create and implement a social media strategy aligned with Smilinno’s brand attributes of innovation and sincerity.
Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content (including text, images, videos, and stories) to promote Hamoush, Zigap, and other AI solutions on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Telegram.
Community Management: Engage with our audience, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster relationships with followers and potential customers.
Brand Building: Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all platforms.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and business development teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
Trends Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in AI and technology sectors.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in tech, AI, or SaaS industries.
Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other social media platforms relevant to Iranian audiences.
Strong copywriting and editing skills in both Persian and English.
Experience in developing social media strategies and growing an online community.
Familiarity with AI, technology, and startup ecosystems is a plus.
Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication skills and creativity in content creation.

Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools.
