- برنامه‌ریزی ماهانه ویزیت نمایندگان علمی، اعلام آن به تیم و پیگیری روزانه جهت اجرای صحیح فعالیت‌ها
- اخذ و بررسی گزارش‌های روزانه تیم تحت سرپرستی، انجام پیگیری‌های لازم و حصول اطمینان از کیفیت و کمیت ویزیت
- انجام آموزش‌های حین ویزیت و ارائه راهکارهای لازم به نمایندگان علمی به منظور بهبود کیفیت ویزیت
- کنترل ویزیت و بررسی گزارش‌های ویزیت نمایندگان علمی
- ویزیت پزشکان و داروخانه‌های کلیدی در منطقه تحت سرپرستی
- برگزاری جلسات با مراکز پخش دارو جهت هماهنگی برنامه و اهداف فروش

- Monthly planning of the visit of scientific representatives, announcing it to the team and daily follow-up for the correct implementation of activities
- Obtaining and reviewing daily reports of the team under supervision, conducting the necessary follow-up and ensuring the quality and quantity of the visit
- Conducting training during the visit and providing the necessary solutions to scientific representatives in order to improve the quality of the visit
- Controlling the visit and reviewing the visit reports of scientific representatives
- Visiting doctors and key pharmacies in the area under supervision
- Holding meetings with drug distribution centers To coordinate the plan and sales goals
