هدف شغل:

• برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی، پایش، بازبینی و غربالگری مستمر پروژه‌های متعدد در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات.
• تهیه و تدوین گزارش‌های عملکرد به منظور انعکاس وضعیت و روند پیشرفت پروژه‌های حوزه فناوری اطلاعات.
• تهیه و تدوین شاخص‌های پیشرفت و کیفیت پروژه‌های حوزه فناوری اطلاعات.

وظایف شغلی:

• تدوین و به‌روزرسانی برنامه راهبردی حوزه فناوری اطلاعات شامل اهداف، شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد، راهکارها و پروژه‌ها.
• تسری اهداف استراتژیک به حوزه فناوری اطلاعات، ارزیابی و پایش اجرای برنامه راهبردی حوزه فناوری اطلاعات.
• رصد روندهای جهانی و صنعت در موضوعات مرتبط با حوزه فناوری اطلاعات.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های حاصل از اجرای استراتژی حوزه فناوری اطلاعات و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی آسیب‌شناسی.
• اجرای استراتژی و شناسایی گلوگاه‌ها و ارائه پیشنهادات بهبود، تهیه و ارائه گزارشات.

• آشنایی با مفاهیم مدیریت استراتژیک.
• اشنایی با معماری IT شرکت‌های مخابراتی.
